Save Your Home Florida

1. About Our Services

Save Your Home Florida is a Florida-based homeowner assistance service that provides education, coordination, and support to homeowners facing foreclosure or mortgage-related hardship. Our services are designed to help homeowners understand the foreclosure process, communicate with their mortgage lender, and explore available options based on individual circumstances.

We are not a law firm, not real estate investors, not home buyers, not a bank or lender, and not a government agency.

2. No Legal Representation or Legal Advice

Save Your Home Florida does not provide legal advice and does not represent homeowners in court or legal proceedings.

Foreclosure in Florida is a judicial process. In situations where legal involvement is required, homeowners may need to consult with or retain a licensed Florida attorney. When appropriate, we may coordinate with independent, licensed Florida attorneys so that homeowners can obtain legal services directly from those attorneys.

Any attorney-client relationship is strictly between the homeowner and the attorney. Save Your Home Florida does not control, direct, or provide legal services, and attorneys are not employees or agents of Save Your Home Florida.

3. Our Role

Our role is limited to:

  • Helping homeowners understand the foreclosure process

  • Facilitating communication with mortgage lenders and loan servicers

  • Assisting with the organization and submission of lender-required documentation

  • Explaining potential foreclosure-related options available through lender loss-mitigation programs

  • Coordinating with independent legal professionals when legal involvement is required

All decisions regarding loan modifications, repayment plans, forbearance agreements, short sales, deeds in lieu, or other outcomes are made solely by the lender and depend on lender approval and individual circumstances.

4. No Guarantees or Promises

Every homeowner’s situation is different. Outcomes depend on many factors, including lender policies, financial circumstances, timing, and documentation.

Save Your Home Florida does not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to:

  • Preventing foreclosure

  • Obtaining a loan modification

  • Approval of any loss-mitigation option

  • Retaining ownership of a home

We do not make promises regarding outcomes and encourage homeowners to make informed decisions based on their unique situation.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Save Your Home Florida does not charge upfront fees for foreclosure-related assistance.

Fees, if applicable, are assessed only after a documented outcome is reached, subject to lender approval and the terms of the homeowner’s service agreement.

If a qualifying documented outcome is not reached, no payment is due. Specific fee terms, if applicable, are outlined in the individual service agreement provided to the homeowner.

6. No Property Acquisition or Deed Transfer

Save Your Home Florida:

  • Does not make offers to purchase homes

  • Does not request or accept deed transfers

  • Does not require ownership transfers, lease-back arrangements, or rent-back agreements

Homeowners remain in control of their property decisions at all times.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared with Save Your Home Florida is handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of evaluating and assisting with foreclosure-related options, subject to applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Homeowner Responsibilities

Homeowners are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Responding promptly to lender and court communications

  • Meeting any legal deadlines applicable to their case

  • Seeking legal advice when court representation is required

Failure to meet deadlines or provide requested information may impact available options.

9. Educational Information Only

Information provided on this website or during consultations is intended for general educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, or tax advice. Homeowners should consult licensed professionals for advice specific to their situation.
